Problem
Frontgate is the recognized leader in catalog and online shopping for home environment with various subsidiary titles ranging from outdoor furniture to indoor home furnishings and accents. With almost a dozen catalogs they have dominated the upscale home market, but never the hospitality and interior design market. Frontgate Contract was born and needed a brand identity and marketing materials for the upcoming HD Expo with hopes of becoming a premier choice when selecting outdoor furniture.
Solution
Working directly with the President of Frontgate Contract we developed a strategy that not only met their needs, but served their purpose of going after the luxury resort and spa market with an accompanied multimedia marketing campaign including: a logo, stationary and business cards, print ads, sell sheets, fabric swatch books, coasters, trade show booth art and design, banners, media kit, website, and a large coffee table book showcasing their unique product line.
Impression
Within hours of the HD Expo they were the talk of outdoor furniture and were praised for their coffee table book. By the end of the week, Frontgate Contract landed the Renaissance and the Marriott. Since the initial launch, Frontgate Contract has acquired contracts with The Ritz Carlton, Wynn Hotels, The Hyatt, MGM Resorts, getaway spas and other resort hotels.
