Problem
Alpine Valley has kept its focus on coming trends. Even with Ohio’s largest half pipe and snowboard lift, the company began to see decreased attendance due to warmer winter climates. Carl Lillis & Associates hired me to assist in developing a brochure that would turn heads and help Alpine Valley remain as one of Ohio’s best places to ski.
Solution
Before a brochure could even begin, the client needed a new trail map. With the help of a local helicopter owner I flew above the trail taking photographic reference for the watercolor illustration. The brochure design followed the fun and fresh theme we agreed would set the client apart from the rest in the area.
Impression
The collateral and website helped generate record attendance for the two-year slump.
