Problem
Edie is a writer, editor, teacher, poet and author of The Place He Made. Every month she posts articles on her website. After reading her article, Cable Free, I felt compelled to illustrate it.
Solution
It is sorta dark, yet fun. I thought the idea of being up in a room drawn to the television set without the lights on felt like her. After being one of her pen pals, I think that it captured her well.
